Sunflower Seed Container Wax 3458 is a European produced 100% vegetable wax
blend containing Sunflower and Olive oil. This wax is European produced, white in
colour with excellent glass adhesion and a really smooth finish.
It contains no GMO origin materials, is 100% natural and mixes well with other
waxes, colours and fragrances.
Sunflower Wax 3458 is a high performance, easy to use product with sound
environmental credentials.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Melt the wax to 10-15°C above melting point (see product info for melting point)
2. It is important to check that the wax is completely melted and transparent
3. After melting cool down to 55°C (+/- 5°C)
4. Pour into container
5. One or two pours may be required
6. Allow to cure before burning
FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FINISHED LOOK OF THE CANDLE
Heating Temperature
If the wax has not been completely melted (completely transparent) crystallisation may cause frosting
Pouring Temperature
Varying the pouring temperature can cause changes in appearance after cooling
Containers and moulds need to be at ambient temperature or higher
Cooling Temperature
Cooling too fast may cause wet spots and cracks. Cooling too slow may cause frosting
Recommended Fragrance Addition - 6% to 10%
